How to Enroll

Enrolling your child at Immaculate Conception Catholic School is a partnership from the very first step. This page walks you through the process, the paperwork, and the people who are here to help.

The Process

We accept applications for Pre-K through 8th grade throughout the year as space allows. Our office will guide you at every stage — you are never working through this alone.

Inquire

Call the school office or send us a note. We will answer your questions and tell you what is available in your child's grade.

Visit

Schedule a tour, meet our teachers, and see a school day in progress. Families tell us this is the step that decides it.

Apply

Submit your application online through the FACTS Family Portal. Apply for tuition assistance at the same time.

Work through every item below. Registration is not considered complete — and your child cannot be assigned to a class — until all forms and online enrollment are submitted in full with the registration fee for each child.

Applications and tuition assistance are handled online through FACTS. A small number of forms still need to be printed, signed, and returned to the school office.

Prefer paper? Printed copies of every form are available in the school office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fees due at Registration

Registration fees are separate from tuition and are due when your forms are submitted. Completed forms and registration fees may be dropped off at the office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

No registration will be accepted without the correct fees.

Tuition Assistance

Through the Affordable Tuition Model, assistance is tailored to your family’s needs, and every family is encouraged to apply. Applications are confidential and have no bearing on your child’s acceptance. Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) may also help cover tuition.
